Notable Achievements:

Successfully defeated rezoning proposals such as the RV Park on Moll Drive and industrial warehouses on Mussett Bayou, preserving residential and conservation areas.

Collaborated with developers and neighborhood associations to mitigate the density and intensity of projects, such as reducing 138 unit residential triplex development to 31 single-family homes.

Engaged in workshops with the Walton County Planning Department on crucial issues like the Mobility Plan and Fee, Short-Term Rental Ordinance, and the tree ordinance.

Instrumental in securing the designation of 30A as a National Scenic Byway and advocating against rezoning on 30A.

Collaborated with the Inlet Beach Neighborhood Association to defeat a six unit Planned Unit Development to justify variances.

Alerted the neighbors in The Pines neighborhood of a townhouse development. We successfully reduced the number to six homes.

Actively communicated with citizens via platforms like Facebook to inform them of upcoming meetings and developments, ensuring transparency and community participation.
